PIP’s Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental integrated plans provide a systematic approach towards improving our HSE performance and preventing accidents.

Managing HSE risk and improving HSE performance requires careful planning at all levels in PIP. Objectives and targets are set, with plans established to meet our company vision. In the event of an unplanned incident, emergency response and contingency plans are in place.

An important element is identifying the key activities that must be controlled if PIP is to adequately manage HSE risks. Procedures and safe work instructions are obligatory to manage these activities. These procedures should also address asset integrity and management of change

PIP HSE Annual Plan

HSE Annual plans are being prepared to achieve the company’s HSE policy and objectives.

The plan is based on the results of the system review using a participatory approach, and the main objectives of establishing PIP HSE annual plan are:

• Integration of health, safety and environmental activities into the Business Plan.

• Setting HSE performance improvement objectives and targets that drive HSE performance improvement plans.

• Audit and review the results of performance monitoring on a frequent basis and modify plans as required to create continuous performance improvement.

• Feedback and involvement from the workforce for development and implementation of the HSE policy and management system.
